Air Separation Unit : Feature of process: The process used in this plant is that the air is purified by the molecular sieve , air booster is equipped , internal compression of oxygen and high pressure nitrogen is fulfilled by pumps , the low pressure nitrogen is withdrawn from the lower column and further pressurized by nitrogen compressor , medium pressure air turbo expander with booster is equipped , the structural packing is used in the upper column and some crude argon is withdrawn for the higher oxygen recovery rate .The plant with such process has got the features of advanced design data , process and technology ; reliable , safe and convenient operation ; low power consumption ; easy monitoring and control and long continous operation period . Feature of product : 1. It is up-to-date International technics flow and reasonable equipment schemes , having the virtues as low working pressure simple operation , less maintenance fee and good long contiuous running performance . 2. It is under DCS controlling system , and measurement , regulation , alarming ,control and inter-lock will be carried out in the central controlling room . It will also be installed in advanced controlling system according to end users requirement .
